Ken Reynolds: Theatre Photograps Ken Reynolds’ photographies complement Baltic Circle’s programme. His exhibition on Eastern European theatre can be seen at two venues, Q-teatteri and Aleksanterin teatteri. Scottish Ken Reynolds (b. 1938) ran a law firm for 35 years before committing himself to photography. He traveled in Eastern Europe in the 1970’s and fell in love with its art, music and literature. It wasn’t until 1992 when he left scenery photography and started to photograph theatre performances. Since then, Reynolds has captured over 200 performances on film, mostly in Russia, Baltic countries and Georgia. In co-operation with Russian Seasons Theatre Festival.
